The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Ratification of the Credit Agreement (Dnipropetrovsk Metro Construction Completion Project between Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development”

Under the Agreement, Ukraine is granted a credit in the amount of EUR 152 million to complete a metro (subway) line in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. Under the Credit Agreement, Ukraine is a fund borrower of the EBRD and shall transfer the involved funds to the operating company Dnipropetrovskiy Metropolitan to finance the Dnipropetrovsk Metro Construction Completion Project

The respective bill was registered under No. 0016.
